Software Usage
We may offer software for your use as part of the Services. This software is typically sublicensed to you and should not be further sublicensed or used for purposes beyond what is expressly permitted in our Terms of Service and other policies, as well as the accompanying documentation.
You will receive a software license or access to it, which may contain additional restrictions on your use. Please note that we do not provide support for the software, whether you obtain it through us or independently.
Prohibited Uses

Our network is not intended for use with mailing lists exceeding five hundred (500) recipients, and you are not allowed to send emails to more than five hundred (500) recipients. If you require assistance with sending emails to a larger number of recipients, please reach out to our Support Team, and they can provide you with a list of alternative service providers.
Even if you send emails to fewer than five hundred (500) recipients, we will consider it as unsolicited or SPAM if it leads to numerous complaints, disrupts our network, or results in unfavorable actions from other Internet providers. It is important to familiarize yourself with the “CAN-SPAM Act” and ensure that any commercial emails you send comply with its regulations. Please note that even if your emails are “CAN-SPAM compliant,” they may still be prohibited under our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).

You are solely responsible for any content that is transmitted or accessed using our network. It is strictly prohibited to transmit, store, or present any information, data, or material that violates any applicable law or regulation. The following activities and content are provided as examples of what is strictly prohibited by this AUP, but it is not an exhaustive list. Hosting content related to or engaging in the following activities using our network is strictly prohibited.

- Excessive consumption of network resources assigned to the service (over 10%).
- Use of obscene speech.
- Promotion of violence or injury.
- Use of defamatory or abusive language.
- Engagement in gambling, pyramid schemes, or Ponzi schemes.
- Providing instructions for prohibited activities.

- Creation or dissemination of Internet viruses, worms, Trojan horses, flood or mail bombs, or participation in denial of service attacks.

- Opt-out mailing lists and opt-out mechanisms that violate the UCE (Unsolicited Commercial Emails) policy.
- Violations of our SPAM and email policies may result in penalties, account restrictions, suspension, or termination, and may incur investigation costs and civil remedies.
- We do not support email forwarding facilities through certain ISPs due to issues related to spam blacklisting and blocking.

Your usage of the Services is governed by U.S. export control laws, which apply regardless of your location. Furthermore, you are prohibited from providing services to entities that U.S. citizens are restricted from doing business with.
The Agreement consists of multiple documents: the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, and Service Level Agreement. Each document is referred to by its specific name when necessary.
Subject to your compliance with the terms of the Agreement, we will provide you with the Services during the defined Term. You are granted a nonexclusive, nontransferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable right to use and access the Services. Additionally, you can utilize the Services to offer your own services to your customers. The Services will be provided as described on the Product Page at the time of the Agreement, with the possibility of non-material changes and substitutions of Third Party Products.
